The registration process has the following steps:

1. Fill out the application in its entirety (incomplete applications will not be processed).

2.  You will receive approval of registration if the requirements are met.

3. You will receive a digital invoice that includes a link for payment with bank transfer or credit card. This value does not include lodging. Checks may be deposited at a Citibank account.

4.  After completing payment, you will receive an email with link to an online test that measures the brain mapping based on neuroscience.  

5.  If you need accommodation, you will have to manage it directly with the hotel. We recommend you to let coordinator know to access possible group discount.
